Twenty-five years after the introduction of the original Range Rover, the second-generation (designation P38A) was introduced in 1995, based on the 8 inches (20 centimetres) longer chassis of the old Long Wheel Base model, and with an updated version of the Rover V8 engine.
This 2001 Range Rover V8 HSE (High Standard Equipment) model has a 4L engine, a 4-speed automatic transmission and is still fitted with the now rare air‑suspension which remains in working order.
It is in excellent condition both inside and out and comes with the original service book containing six stamps between 5,000 miles and 71,000 miles, old mots handbooks and wallet. The mileage is warranted at 71,922.
Note that the window tint has been removed since the photos were taken. New pictures will be available soon.
